Newby Question

Hi guys, I am really new to MU and not that great with computers, I downloaded MULAB and it worked great, but when I close it and try to re open it, it keeps telling me "Can't find the "app" sub-folder. Are you sure you have installed the full-package?" I deleted it all and re downloaded it, only for it to do the same thing again. I have no idea what the problem is. If someone could let me know that would be greatly appreciated.

Did you copy the entire thing to a new folder ?

For Windows, you *MUST* extract the files from the ZIP file -- you can't just browse into the ZIP and run from there, it won't work.
No idea how Macs work, though - can you just mount the DMG?

have you downloaded the full package or just the update files?
Sounds like the latter.
The update files only include two files, Mulab.exe and Mulab.ID, you need the rest of the package to run the app.
