Tracktion comes with the MDA synths. Which are pretty decent, but I never use them.
Every day takes figuring out all over again how to f#ckin’ live.

Posting it for ya...amazing work, mod. :)

Me!!! Pedantic!!! :o  :?

of course ...

... strictly speaking - modulrs cool stuff isnt tracktion native EITHER

slainte :hihi: rob

definately not native...

and maybe that's the subtle point... I'd enjoy native synths and effects a lot more if they were all made by Smart Electronix! As opposed to all this "normal" stuff you see packaged with everything. The only host which has really done that with something native, would be something like wavetraveller and the granualizer in FL (unfortunately FL doesn't quite fit the workflow).

Workflow? - Wozdat? :?

So when the work flows it's travelling on waves - or wot? :P

if had the ability to make a sequencer, I'd call it workflow.. cos it'd make about as much sense as logic...

same here, tried many times (not very hard tho). not for me (same with FL).

I also have Trinity but have never bothered to use it's sequencer (and sounds for that matter, except for live use). Is it really usable?

edit: VSTi - I use Tracktion, so... ehm...well...

In Logic Audio Platinum 5.5 (Windoze).

EVP88 - I love this electric piano

EVB3 - This too, great organ

EVD6 - Fantastic Clavinet, but I don't use it much.

ES1 - Good, basic poly synth. But a few bugs with saving patches.

ES2 - Monster poly synth, great modulation matrix.

EXS24 - Good sampler with great modulation matrix as well. Haven't used it that much until recently though, I still prefer my hardware Kurzweil for playing with samples.

ESP - Basic Juno-esque synth. Okay though, if you like that kinda thing.

ESM - Mono bass synth. FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC..!

I think I've forgotten a couple.... :?

They're all good quality and come with lots of usefull presets which are easy to tweak. I reckon the synths (and FX) alone justify the price of Logic. If no other VSTs existed it would still be possible to make complex arrangements using the above (just wish I could write some decent tunes though).
