Looking at the sample library analyzer, trying to understand the meanings of and difference between:
Option A: "Generate complete drumsets..Generates complete drumsets into the imported folder; uses samples only from the same directories", and
Option B: "Generate complete drumsets from different sources..Generates complete drumsets into the imported folder; uses samples from other folders too".
I set up an uncomplicated way to test this but I can't see any essential difference between the two options.
Here's my test if anyone is curious:
Folder on my desktop named 'Drums'.
Inside 'Drums' are subfolders 'Drums X' and 'Drums Y'.
Inside 'Drums X' are three kicks (X ki 1.wav, X ki 2.wav, X ki 3.wav) and three snares (X sn 1.wav, X sn 2.wav, X sn 3.wav).
Similarly for 'Drums Y' folder.
For the analysis I specified the path to the 'Drums' folder on my desktop.
MDrummer analyze/import confusion, testing, brain workout.

I didn't check, but I think it relates to drumsets in a single folder. Imagine a folder MY KICK, which will contain kick, snare, hh... So MDrummer can generate a drumset from these. Normally it would pair different kicks, snares... from various folders no matter what the folder is. But I'm just guessing really as I remember there was this case
.
