Irish. You can even see Irish flag on the picture of video you posted. Irish Americans.
Everlast was in that band.
Their "Same as it ever was" album is one of my favorite hip-hop albums, but I'm not that much into hip-hop.
When you hear the album, they are referring several times to their Irish roots, Irish laws and stuff like that...

In the mid-80's I was at a bar and a fight was about to break out. Two big guys and a lot of hair gel were squared off and one guy kept saying, "Jump...go ahead and jump.."

The potential fight was broken up by laughter when someone shouted asking if he knew the rest of the lyrics.

How do I get Van Halen "Jump" sound?
