Hi,
with the help of the manual Chapter 37 - Macros, Page 305, i made a User Script/Macro (Play from Start), that Waveform is playing from the start:
Tracktion.moveTransportToStart();
Tracktion.moveTransportToStart();
Tracktion.startPlayback();
It only works with the mouse in the menu: Run Script->User Macros->Play from Start.
I can't find out, how to define a shortcut for this action. Is anyboby here, who can help?

On the Settings tab, Keyboard Shortcuts section, where you created your user macro, scroll the list of keyboard shortcuts to the end, and you'll find a section called "Macros", and the new macro you created should be there, with a little + icon next to it.
Hit the + icon, and tell it what keyboard shortcut you want to use to trigger that macro.
It should look a bit like this;

Regards bugs and feature requests, this is a pretty good place to post, if you want feedback from other users. If you're not sure if something buggy is Tracktion/Waveform, or a 3rd party plugin, or your hardware, then folk usually get back to you here.
The devs, and senior management at TSC do check this forum, and do reply, but they will miss stuff here too.
The best (and official) way to report bugs is to email support@tracktion.com. There's also a link off the right hand side of the tracktion.com website, labelled "Support", that takes you to here, where you can also log issues with them;
