I have EasyDrummer which I use and drag patterns to a track, loop it and then stretch along the track.I find that the stretched loop ends up slightly out [eg if a bass drum is supposed to be bang on a crochet it ends up late. The only way to rectify this is to keep copying the original pattern and nudging it into position, has anyone had the same problem.

Not the same but possibly related,
when I've merged midi drum loops, after arranging the whole drum part for a song, after a few bars the drum part is out of time with the track, sort of like a clipping the first beat in the bar. (Not tried this in 8.2.5 though)

I used to have EasyDrummer installed on a previous laptop, haven't reinstalled it for no real reason (I use something else more), but what I used to get, I think, was when I got a midi clip out of EZD onto the timeline, it wouldn't be exactly the bar lengths. So it wouldn't be one bar length, or two, or however long the clip was, it would be slightly shorter. Not sure if that's the same thing you're seeing?

The issue seemed to be that the midi clip would end right after the last midi note in the clip. So if that was a hi-hat on the 4 + beat of the bar, the clip would stop there, not just before the 1 of the next bar. So if I looped it, it wouldn't loop like a full bar length. It was annoying, but I'd fix it by getting the clip on the timeline, then dragging it out slightly to the end of the bar (with Snap turned on) *then* looping it. I dunno if it still does this or not ...

cheers chico, Will have a look and try your suggestion, I'm using MT Power Drum kit & loops.

You have to make sure the clip is an even number of bars in length before you loop it, like Chico says. Just drag it out with snap on before you do anything else.
