What VST3 features are you currently missing?
VST3 plugins should work with Waveform but plugin conformity is patchy...

For this reason we recommend sticking to VST if possible (we know some plugins only offer VST3 though).

Presets, still (and aupreset support also has room for improvement)

My WAVES instruments cause a poof crash in Waveform 32-bit and 64-bit on Windows 10.

And my Waves plug ins will not work in VST3 in T7 64 bit and I haven't even bothered to try it with Waveform. There are certain functions that are only available in VST3. The Waves shell will only load in VST3 and that means I can't do any sidechaining for one thing.

That's a very good tutorial on the pattern generator! Especially since the user manual has not been updated yet with any of these new features in Waveform.

Spoiler: "Shift + click up/down arrow" inverts the chord.

to be able gate time can set larger as 100% is very usefull for patterns. currently 100% is max. most of the chord preset patterns have by default very short gate time. if this can inrease to 150 or 200 % i think sound often better. overlapping notes should avoid

about the chord inversion or maybe other features that can not reach with the gui it is always usefull to look on right side top. there stand the context sensitive help which is very good
