Wrap around menu question

Would there be any disadvantages to making the drop-down menus return to the first selection after reaching the final one? I'm a habitual clicker and while clicking on the arrow to scroll through options, I'm often confused by the first option not following the last one in a list. Just wondering if I'm the only one.

Well, sometimes yes and sometimes not . For example, you may have a filter slope, then you expect that the more you click the right arrow, the higher slope you get, and you are clicking and clicking and clicking...
