You should see my code. Every time I'd rig something together (always just for a mockup) the engineers used to laugh at my 200 lines of code and say, "why not just do it this way?" "This way" was usually about 6 lines of code.

Answering both:

Last night it looked well for an internal test starting today. It starts without presets (the HS/TUC/* ones are not yet final), but the preset browser can be tested in Repro-1. I do not have full knowledge of the status of the Linux version. I expect it to happen once Alexandre can devote a weekend or two to it, but there is a small chance that it just works.

The internal test will take as long as it takes. Due to the vast extent of the changes and due to roughly 72 open issues (niggles, mostly) I guess this internal round might take a bit more than two weeks.
