I have four instruments loaded into one instance of Kontakt into a rack. I was wondering if it is possible to redirect the output channels from Kontakt to other four different racks and how can I do this. It is only for live practicing and to use only one instance of Kontakt but I would like to add other effects on those racks.
Thank you for you advice.

Certainly you can do this in the MuLab. While in the Modular work area,
you would simply connect the red output pins to their own individual racks.
This actually involves setting up your output channels properly in Kontakt,
much more than any configuring in MuLab.
Assuming you've got Kontakt setup appropriately and you've got it's
channels routed correctly in MuLab, you would then create a Track
for each channel, set their targets to Kontakt, then assign each to a separate
midi channel so you can record or play the part for each instrument.
Again, this involves setting up Kontakt properly much more than
configuring MuLab itself.
Anyway, its quite simple really...

Yes, the rack slots themselves are stereo in/stereo out, so if you need to work with more than that, you need to work outside the rack slot.
