Hi all! I'm trying to use Mux in my Daw. I'd like to open the same Mux fx on two separate tracks, where one is kick and the other bass. Then I want to route each track's audio inside Mux as separate audio inputs, to a compressor with sidechain.
But I'm not too clear on how to properly set up Mux. If I set Mux#1 on track 1, then Mux #1 In 1+2 on track 2, then I can route both audios in, but they are both in audio input 1, not separate. Been looking for documentation on Mux ins and outs but haven't found any. Maybe my routing is wrong, I don't know.
If it helps any, I use Podium. Thanks for slogging through this---

MUX Modular VST has 2 stereo audio inputs (=4 mono audio inputs). It's indeed on host side that you have to make sure that you route the audio to the MUX audio input you want. You can check the incoming audio in MUX by hooking up a Level Meter module.

Thanks Jo, that's it! In Podium you can access mapping properties per plug, so I changed the channel inputs and outputs to 3 on Mux #1 3+4, opened another audio in and out, and yee hah---
