Sylenth1 giving me 0/0 voices, pressing a key on virtual keyboard produces no sound and crashes FL

After activating Sylenth1, it emits no sound and on the top left it says 0/0 voices. Pressing a key on virtual keyboard produces no sound and then freezes and crashes FL. Why is this happening?
