I seem to have found myself in an in-between stage where I still check out most of the discounts but there's only a few things which I'm really after which are rarely, if ever, on sale.

Depending on the outcome of Call to Arms, I only really want Softube Modular and the Straight Ahead Bass sample library, although I'm sure there'll still be various temptations on my ill-gotten gains (although in this instance it is actually payment for supporting ill people rather than more nefarious activities).

Yeah. I hear ya. I got the whole Softube 1 bundle last season by buying a used copy of the reverb and that got me the whole bundle for like $157 at the time. You might want to try that.

So that udemy offer seems tempting. They have a ton of stuff now. Good tuts$. I see about a dozen I'm interested in. So it seems they're on offer for about $12 right now if I'm not a member and don't sign in. But I created an account and the price instantly went up to $17 per item. lol.

So I assume they offer this $10 price point often? Anyone know?

Edit: And is the Kirk Hunter deal for $89 a must buy? Something I'll regret not getting? They just extended the sale for 48 hours. Also wondering about that Auddict Solo Woodwinds. Another must buy?

Yes, I had to email (support ticket) PA to determine that. They told me I was under by about $50 a month or so ago. I consider that I've done pretty well as I own probably 80%+ of their catalog at this point and am still just hitting $600 now. So that's pretty good. Most things I've gotten at very low prices. Which is why I love PA. They sell high quality stuff with high quality service but aren't ridiculous about their pricing. They know these are only plugins.

I wish they'd bring the $9 plugins back. I was using them to get other stuff and giving them money, now I just take what I can get for free. Their desire to sell their plugins for more doesn't change the value in my mind.

Yep. I think similarly. But I think the $9 multiples thing was working a week or two ago again there. So it depends on when they do it now. Seems to be on again off again.

And thanks for the confirmation on the udemy thing. Thought so. They've got some great deals on certain courses for $10. Some with 50+ hours of course material if you're into programming or security. Great deals.

As for AAS, I'll check my account. Not sure why I'm qualifying actually. I don't have any pro licenses. Again, I still suggest everyone email them and ask. You might be surprised.

Don’t know about the sale extension on Virtuoso Ensembles, but if you can still get it, I would. Crazy price for the best sketching tool around.

I was going back and forth on that one as well and ended up getting it. No regrets. It is an astonishingly easy to use tool. And while its main purpose is probably for sketching things, it might actually be all that you need depending on the type of music you are creating. Certainly good enough to bring some orchestral elements into EDM.
