This indeed looks odd. However this is just a display issue on Windows. It appears that there are a couple of bugs in Windows that can affect the install date: see this one for example.
And since our installers do not write an install date in the registry, as explained here, Windows will pick up the last time the registry key was rebuilt, which may happen anytime an update is performed, or for many other reasons (like cleaning the registry etc.).
