Hmm, I don’t recall seeing a 32 bit version of the beta. It’s also the suite only. Maybe there will be 32 bit at release, dunno.

I haven’t checked on rewire as yet.

There is no 32 bit moving forward.

You will need to use JBridge.

It seems I had issues with Rewire in the Live 9 betas as well. I have not tested rewire in 10 yet.

Installed the Drum Essentials, Drum Booth, & Synth Essentials so far. Waiting to install the Keyboards as it’s above 2GB download size. The synth pack is rather nice from my brief experimentation with it. will dive into the others when I have a free moment

Sweet thanks for sharing. Ill have to check them out.
Just got my beta invite, kind of on the fence about the revamped gui.
Could take some getting used to. Wavetable is pretty neat though!

Thanks. For me it crashed every time I tried to install a pack.

I really have no idea why Ableton would do this unless the developers work purely on laptops because on large displays the fonts are barely readable.
I'm not really impressed by the new looks, Live 9 is much better readable on my 24''-screen. Those tiny fonts...Don't like the new color scheme either. Zooming to let's say 110% does not work perfect, circles get a bit fuzzy and irritating for my eyes.

First test of Wavetable combined with Echo killed my CPU.

Those workflow improvements are nice, but I never had that big problems with L9 nor did I really miss stuff...at least no problems which I would like to solve immediately with 200 bucks.

Not sure if I'll update. :?

At present live 10 is in usable for me, it gives me a headache after 10 minutes of use.

Amazing how a terrible front come mess up such a great programme .

How usable is Live 10 beta? Can it be reliably used for project completion and is it worth to opt for it?

Finally got it to open if I leave it an hour or so

but then it just hangs there with a spinning circle

So I can see the gui - yes the font looks amateur - but nothing else works - had to force quit in the end

It works perfectly fine, although - on PC, with HiDPI on - some resizeable plugins don't work as intended and Dmitry Sches' new Thorn synth manages to crash it every time :)

Not for me it isn't

Could you elaborate as to why? Pretty sure that's more important than simple "no" :)

Been using it for over a year for my productions and never had any major problems, especially now with the latest beta it's pretty damn stable. I'm running Win7 btw.

Using it on a mbp. Most of the crashes I got so far were m4l related.
Stuck in Aperture Laboratories for a 2nd time!
