It's always the same. The past has shown us that even if we give stuff away for free, someone's going to be unhappy about something.e@rs wrote:I'm tempted by The Dark Zebra. If the voucher was worth $25 as usual, I would have already bought it by now...
For the last several customer surveys, people have been complaining that we didn't include soundsets. Because soundsets might be priced under the coupon value, and with some soundsets we could be required to "pay royalties for giveaways". The suggested and welcomed solution was to make the coupon a percentage rather than a fixed value, and to include soundsets.
So now we give away a percentage coupon that can be applied to soundsets as well, and now someone else complains that it's not the usual fixed value.
You tell me - who should we listen to? You or "the others"?
We try the best we can, but we quite simply can't satisfy everyone, that's the sad truth.

I had a fairly involuntarily extended weekend of intimidatingly long sleeps through multiple attempts of Stranger Things season 2, pretty sure every part of that flu has been boiled and mystified out already.synth_punk wrote:get your flu shot before everyone else in the office gets sick![]()

Life is difficult, cruel and unrelentingly bleak, it's true, but just somehow, I think, you'll manage to pull through it despite these horrific 10 dollar setbacks.e@rs wrote:I'm tempted by The Dark Zebra. If the voucher was worth $25 as usual, I would have already bought it by now...

Buying TDZ also gives you a free upgrade to Zebra3 as well which is worth another $30 or so.e@rs wrote:I'm tempted by The Dark Zebra. If the voucher was worth $25 as usual, I would have already bought it by now...

You should create parallel universes and provide both options, as it would be in Rick & Morty.#rob wrote: You tell me - who should we listen to? You or "the others"?![]()

About the voucher value: sorry guys, it would have been probably wiser to keep my thoughts about it inside my head...

On the upside, it did offer Rob the opportunity to explain the reasoning behind the change. I learned something. I like it and may well pick up a soundset in the process. The Traveller soundset for Zebra sounds promising.e@rs wrote:^![]()
