Wusiks Spam Practices are Unacceptable

I work in mental health myself and a lot of these business practices can be quite typical of bipolar patients. There are points where the mind races with ideas, the person lacks the focus to implement them properly, judgment is poor, bad decisions are made and massive debts can be run up which then alienate and disappoint those closest to them which then feed into shame and guilt when the manic phase inevitably gives way to the depressive (like you really need more shame and guilt when you're depressed).

It's an absolutely horrible condition to have and not everyone has a great creative outlet during the manic phase. Although the "high" may be enjoyable to a point it often just means becoming impulsive and causing havoc to themselves and those around them, and I've seen many people who simply don't have anyone left after a while.

It's just an e-mail, use a filter or ignore it. In the great scheme of things, you're very lucky if that's your most pressing problem at the moment.

I've noticed this as well. Recently I went through numerous Wusik threads and noticed the recurring theme. It seems, for many years, this "personal drama" has showed itself over and over again...

Bipolar or not, that's unacceptable behavior for the head of a company and people have every right to complain about it.

I personally think it should be deleted or heavily edited to remove all the pseudo mental health diagnosis. The man is spamming emails for his product - nothing more. Get it in perspective and stop with all the toxic chat.

I just got a Wusik email in my spam filter, I actually took it out of spam. I really feel for William, I'm disabled with chronic pain that makes me something like bipolar too so I just chalk it up to the fact that he is having a hard time, physically and mentally. I don't know if your email issues with him are his fault or not, and Wusikstation is what it is, it isn't Alchemy though, I reinstalled it recently and am happy with it considering the price and all. It seems anyone getting 'spammed' that can't stop it directly should be able to get it filtered out by your spam filter. I didn't see any way to unsubscribe though from the service he is now using.

I dont accept that the burden is on the customer. It should be on the developer to follow ethical practices. Im just assuming that they lie about removing emails from their list as they on sell them.

This has been happening for 10 years. Its an utter joke. Wusik needs to completey purge their email lists, as they have been personally asked to by many people many times. You have to ask yourself why they have lied about that. I was personally reassured that my email had been taken off years ago.

Obviously I can set up a filter, but this is simply rewarding unethical behaviour.

As someone who also has a mailing list try to go to great lengths to keep everyone happy. You tell me you want off, you are off.

But I also understand the other side, all too well.

Computers die, backups are not always current.

I am not attempting to make excuses for anyone but maybe treat the email as what it is - another spam in an endless current of such.

Full disclosure - my Anomaly instrument uses the Wusik V6 Engine. So yes, I am biased, a little.

But I have wattched topics like these and they never seem to help things...

I have sent over 30 emails to Wusik over the years requesting this. They have told me several times that they were absolutely sure that I was off the list. This is either a lie or incompetence, and both should be called out when it gets to this level of ridiculousness.

I shouldnt have to setup email filters to avoid legitimate businesses. This essentially proves to them that their unethical business model is correct.

Buying more stuff from him rewards William's behavior, sending it to spam really does the opposite, it may as well never have been received. Not getting sales can't really tell him he has the correct business model

Now, I apologize for the SPAM. Yeah, a desperate attempt on using a new software on my server, and it failed badly. No unsubscribe link and just sent to all emails, ignoring the ones I already marked as not-to-send. Yeah, I should have deleted those. Most I did. But some people purchased again or got the free W8000 deal last month and got back on the database. Anyway, sorry for that.

And, again, go fuc* yourself BBG. I'm not a monster. Just a small guy trying to get by...

And thanks for those who supports me. And for those still complaining about the SPAM, come'on, is just email. It was a mistake, I apologize for that. It was not the first time I have done this, I know, that sucks. But the problem is that the companies I was using, two companies actually, were asking more money to send emails to the lists I had, which were already opt-in. I tried to merge stuff out but failed... heck, is impressive to see the big babies complaining about something so trivial. But, I'm very used on getting SPAM from other BIG companies anyway, won't say the names. And everyday I get 4 calls from my local mobile asking me to get something... and yeah, I
did message people on Facebook, but it was just a month that I did that, and only for those who got Wusik 8000 FREE, so get over it...

If in the end I'm wrong, I still don't care, as no one is living my life and no one knows the crap I have to face everyday. Mistakes WILL BE MADE, get over it...
