Don't get fooled by imitations kids, the best BF deals will not appear "early"

I wish I had some budget to hold! But not, with everything that I have, I think that any new plugin from now on is 100% GAS.ghettosynth wrote: Exactly correct! The best deals will be had from Black Friday through Cyber Monday. Hold on to your budgets and just say no to these shady shenanigans.
With that said, I could not resist the 15% U-He voucher and bought The Dark Zebra

Does u-he ever do anything for Black Friday? I know their synths are already priced great but... just curious!

No they never do any kind of sales, except intro-sales.dandezebra wrote:Does u-he ever do anything for Black Friday? I know their synths are already priced great but... just curious!
But there is a chance now to get the 15% off voucher doing their survey, and also getting better deals on their gear via third party sellers

I do remember seeing posts about a Diva anniversary sale when it hit 5 years old some time ago. It was a decent 15-25% discount, nothing drastic.Numanoid wrote:No they never do any kind of sales, except intro-sales.dandezebra wrote:Does u-he ever do anything for Black Friday? Breaktweaker showing as $24.50 in the cart @ JRRShop

Really don't need it, but tempting as hell

Heh, iZotope! they wont put that stupid Mobius Filter on sale. Seems like there is
a limit to how low they will go price-wise. I guess they and I, are at an impasse there.

Still a bit overpriced at $24.50 IMHO.grumpyG wrote:Back up to $249 now! Must have been a pricing error - It was showing as $49 and all I did was add to my cart to see it at $24.50...

Ahhhh grasshopper, you have much to learn. On Black Friday we ignore 15% coupons, especially coupons that are good for several months on products that never go on sale.waltercruz wrote:I wish I had some budget to hold! I'm like Mister Wonderful on the Shark Tank, I don't get very excited about a 15% discount. There are some exceptions, but you have to be in that class of OMG I MUST HAVE THIS software. Those players are VERY VERY rare and nothing by Uhe qualifies, and I love Uhe software so that's not a criticism.

I think I’d disagree on that. Even in the FS forum, you’re pretty lucky to get more than 25-30% off the u-he prices. Their software holds value.ghettosynth wrote: Ahhhh grasshopper, you have much to learn. Um so how is that any different than what I just said? Get the coupon, hold on to it, and buy the Uhe product later when there aren't better deals competing for your money. Sorry kids, during Black Friday season if you don't offer sales then you to to the back of the line. You might get fed later after the sale season is over with.Tappistry wrote:I think I’d disagree on that. Even in the FS forum, you’re pretty lucky to get more than 25-30% off the u-he prices. I think that you'll find that most bargain hunters ABSOLUTELY agree with that. Black Friday is not the time to buy Uhe software.

Anyone else not impressed by his one ?Uncle E wrote:68% off the new Mastering the Mix EXPOSE, now $12.99 instead of $39.99:

I've tried it out with a whole bunch of professionally mastered (rock and metal) mixes that I really like and it was showing red all over !
And btw.: "...As a default, you will be able to access ... on one computer. ..." WTF ? Just 1 ??? What about people with a laptop + studio PC ? Pretty much everyone allows that.
