When you make, find, or edit a Repro seq, you can
use a text editor to save out the sequence part of such presets
as a text file, named for easy re-use.
If you collect sounds of similar duration in a folder, perhaps pluks or mallets or drums
for example, delete undesired seq text in a preset whose sound you like,
and paste in the seq text you like better.
Pasting seq text in presets whose adsr is quite different from the original,
will have unexpected results, which still might be used to advantage when
studied a bit.
Apologies if that is painfully obvious, or if some automated way exists,
Hour one with Repro-1

You can save and load sequences directly. You can also copy and paste them between two instances. No need to deploy a text editor to try a sequence on many presets.

Thanks for confirming that, I'll get the manual and get those things going!

so whats the progress with the drag and drop `?
[edit: to clarify, by "working on a poly version" I meant Repro-5 itself, not a sequencer. Repro-5 won't have a sequencer]

On-the-fly sequence transposition is a ridiculously obvious feature: My very first synth (EMS Synthi-AKS in 1973), my most recent hardware purchase (Matrixbrute in 2017), and my favourite synth of all time (Zebra2) can all do on-the-fly sequence transposition.
However, I think the OP is talking about what I like to call "arpeggio capture". In Repro-1 the implementation is quite primitive. In future, I'd like to see it with retroactive record from a ring buffer to capture those "great arpeggio moments"

Could you also make the sequence 1/2 selector automatable?

Be nice to see this feature implemented sooner rather than later...as wonderful as it is, it makes working with Repro 1/5 much harder than it should be

I have loaded Repro-1 up in Mux Modular and can see it has a MIDI out port, but I don't seem to have any notes sent out. Was MIDI out ever implemented for the Repro-1 sequencer?
