Hello there. I've been using Waveform for some time, (since T7) and I've always wondered if there was a way to route specific things out of plugins. For example, I'm working with Native Instruments' Battery 4, and I'm trying to route my kick drum out of one of the stereo outputs to sidechain everything else, including the other drums. This has frustrated me for a while now. If you know of a fix, that would be great!
Thanks!

Yes, what you need is to enable multichannel output on NI Battery to get an output for every instrument, kick, snare, ride..then route kick for example to the sidechain compressor.
First method
1. Set NI Battery to multichannel output
2.Wrap all the plugins you need (NI Battery, sidechain compresor...) in a wrapper
3.Then you can connect the input/output dots
Second method
1. Set NI Battery to multichannel output
2.Wrap NI Battery
3.Clone the wrap instances you need for example one for kick, one for snare...etc.
4.Configure all NI Battery instruments to a output, example the kick in out 1/2, snare in out 3/4 etc....
5.Configure all NI battery Wrappers to match an output (1/2, 3/4...)
6.Then you can process every instrument (kick, snare, hihat..) separately.
Here the video wich i learned to multichannel with ezdrummer to some time ago, it may be helpfull because the procedure it's the same as method 2.
