Hi,

just wanted to let you know, I finished my second u-he soundset, this time for the amazing Diva.

Let's see the blurb :hihi:

Diva Chomolungma features 70 carefully crafted presets and 10 unmatched Synthmorph morphing sequences with expressiveness way beyond an average MIDI sequence.

Sounds are both dreamy, liquid, fairy and organic, always with a light vibrato, tremolo, but there are darker presets as well, often with a dramatic vibe. And yes, a Laser Harp emulation is included as well, a tribute to Jean Michel Jarre :)

As divas tend to surprise us occasionally, u-he Diva is not different either — she will show you her new, undiscovered side through the use of the 10 Synthmorph MIDI sequences. There are 15-35 continuously morphing parameters per sequence, boosting the quite a bit organic character of Diva to the extreme!

It is ideal for all kind of film scoring, game or commercial projects, besides it perfectly fits for all electronic music genres these days. A must have for the modern film, game and commercial composers or any musician who want expressive playable sounds.

Diva Chomolungma features:
• 70 Diva presets in .h2p and .nksf (Native Instrument NKS) format.
• All presets are categorized, tagged, some commented..
• Categories: 13 Arp, 4 Bass, 3 Chord, 24 Key, 4 Lead, 13 Pad, 10 SFX patches.
• 10 morphing Synthmorph sequences in MIDI and WAV.
• Video tutorial + PDF manual on installation and usage tips.
• Requires u-he Diva 1.4.2 (Rev5541) or later.

Diva Chomolungma is available for $25 USD / £19 GBP / 21 EUR (+ VAT in EU).

Very nice work! I like them all. Especially like the dramatic sound of this set of patches. A fitting name also as they sound so expansive...thanks for bringing these down the mountain to us ;-)

What's the device on top of your keyboard?

Post

Thanks! :)

Funny, everyone is asking this little device :)
It is a MIDI controller, the V-Meter: http://www.vmeter.net/

I originally bought it for controlling DAW channel faders, but it is a bit clumsy for this, so I am using it as a pitch-bender these days. Similar to the one you find on previous Komplete Kontrol MIDI keyboard.

Oh thats interesting. I couldnt find it anywhere. The design makes me wonder if one could make a longer model that could function as a ribbon controller similar in function to the one on the CS-80.
