I've been working with Patchpool Subscription sounds for Kaleidoscope this weekend. Here's a one track where I manually call up presets with different settings for the 3 instances of Kaleidoscope. I used parameter modulation on the white noise generator and dry sound levels.I've been experimenting with sharp tempo changes. I used a single instance of reverbical on the three sounds. Three iZotope Iris instances were used to drive the Kaleidoscope. All this action means I have only a loose control of the final result.

Couldn't really sleep through the night so used som time going into more depth with Kaleidoscope.
Like a dream, I don't know if I even had a part in making it. But that's Kaleidoscope, it takes you and shakes you up:

Here come the release notes for set 25:
Kaleidoscope subscription set 25 contains abstract, textural and diffused images, some structural/directional ones, a few tempo-synced sequences and an image from the NASA website. Three tuning files were hand-written into the text files, one was extracted from a violin arpeggio and another one from a singing crowd in a Seoul temple. The waveforms were extracted from some of my Avenger patches. Exploring beautiful harmonies and dissonant microtonal territories, cosmic tones, stochastic mystery and soothing ambiences. Some presets also use the FIR-mode creating scattered and tempo-synced delay textures.
Content:
Library size: 4.53 GB uncompressed, 1.9+ GB download (RAR-archive in 3 parts).

To make sure there isn't a language barrier ... I think your tracks sound great. They are just really creepy and I'd have to flee the building immediately if you walked into the room and that kind of music started. Only bad things are going to happen for sure.TwoToneshuzz wrote:I'm just playing around, so I think you can rest easy!SJ_Digriz wrote:I only hope TwoToneshuzz is not creating his own soundtrack.

Indeed I do, and I use it all the time. It's one of my favorite plugins, if not my favorite. Truly unique.TwoToneshuzz wrote:On the other hand why not give it a try your self, du you have the Kaleidoscope?TwoToneshuzz wrote:I'm just playing around, so I think you can rest easy!SJ_Digriz wrote:I only hope TwoToneshuzz is not creating his own soundtrack.

LOL! Roger that... I didn't want to come off serious. I was totally joking with you. Sometimes one line forum posts are a bad idea.TwoToneshuzz wrote:Language barrier? I'm from Alberta, and even have had holidays in Idaho when I was a youngster..
