Problems with rendering to MP3 and WAV

I have no idea why this issue has come up but I'm trying to save an edit to MP3 and WAV but what's happening each time I set the in and out markers and the tracks I'd like to render is, I go to ''Export and render to a file...'' and once I select render to file it shuts tracktion down. It doesn't even go to the next phase which is where you select how you wish to render this file. What's going on?
It's worked before and now it doesn't!

So, someone has suggested I look over the log reports and I have found a couple of entries which could explain the problem... Can anyone interpret them for me?? As follows..
