Same here. No offense to Howard.

It is Viktor who also helps man their Customer Support.
I think his presets in this and Repro-1 are phenomenal....

Hope Howard engages him for the Funk Superpack.....Viktor really has that sound mastered.

Hope I didn't just unmask Clark Kent :-)

Have you been able to get this to work in the beta? I haven't been able to figure it out over here.

Ahhhh. I figured it out. I was using the VST3 version. The VST2 works with MPE. Is this common among the whole U-HE suite (i.e. VST3 not working with MPE)? Now that I think about it I think I use the Diva VST2 for this reason as well.

the controls are all over the place. what is labeled "cutoff" on the controller display actually controls "resonance" in the software. same goes for a lot of other controls.
From page 1, first post, known issues: "Repro-5 NKS preset maps the wrong parameters "
:hihi:

thanks, must have overlooked that.

Hello,

The Linux version plays great, but there are graphics bugs. It opens with the lower part (with the effects) cut off. If you float the window in Reaper it is still cut off.

If you decrease the size to 90% you can then see most of the GUI, but now I can't set it back as the preferences no longer respond. See attachment.

I can close the window and then it reverts back to being in the Reaper embed and I can use it again (the preferences goes away)

I am using Fedora 27 on Intel built in graphics. Thanks for making Linux again!!

Hi guys, Saturday night after dinner & drinks... can't answer everything, just some...

Now that I’ve gotten back into hardware synths with lots of knobs to play with, using a mouse with software isn’t much fun anymore. If U-he sold a tabletop controller that worked flawlessly with both Diva and Repro, and it was priced below $500, I would be your first customer. :tu:
We might venture into hardware. However... if we do, we'll start small and build up from there. Don't expect controllers anytime soon, but the possibility is almost in reach (ugh, says the person who started a Zebra 3 thread five or so years ago, with similar words).

(like it's possible in Diva)
Not yet. Need to evaluate options.

UmFuFu wrote:Has the 'MPE' feature been implemented yet? It should work like the other U-HE MPE enabled synths right, in there aren't any special controls on the synth that need to be engaged? I'm having a hard time getting it to work.
MPE works in VST2 /w exceptions: No master channel, no CC#74 (unless you MDII learn something) and you have to set +/- 48 semitones Pitchbend yourself. Most MPE controllers (Linnstrument...) work with it just fine.

Yes

I've only played with Repro-5 for an hour, but excited with the sounds (CPU hit is not as bad as I feared). The only problem I've had with it is sleep deprivation (I discovered it is available at 1 am). Thank you u-he (I bought Repro-1 in the beta phase)!

A bug in Linux VST3/BitWig: preset name is forgotten when plugin window is opened/closed. Looks similar to issue marked as fixed "for Windows". Works well in VST2.

A hardware controller would be very nice indeed.

Hopefully you'll see good growth this year and the next. Before you know it, you'll be able to entertain these ideas.

I annoyed my wife to end with the Final Countdown preset, lol. This is so much fun.
