Do Melda's plugins receive program change messages?

I can't find an option for this and it doesn't appear to work. Is there a way to get this to work?
Using MGranularMB, MTransformer, MMorph and MBitFunMB.

They should naturally receive program changes, BUT not in VST3, unfortunately the design there is rather crazy, so perhaps that's the problem?
