Nope. I can click all over that top bar of the interface and nothing reacts except the waveform showing in the top-left window. Changing sizes works fine on the PC.
It's not unusual for VSTs to show up at the wrong size on the Surface Pro because of its high resolution, but usually everything is just too small to use. On the SP3 it's displaying at almost the full screen height but the controls are all over the place.
Guess I won't be using it on the SP3 for a while...

Are there any GUI scaling options inside Studio One... i think there is a similar thing in FL studio can cause some similar issues.garryknight wrote:Nope. When will that 30% discount expire? Don't even want to pay 111 euros without testing the demo before

That was the next thing I tried, while you were typing. There's an option to turn High DPI Mode off and on. With it off, ANA 2 displays the way it should and seems to work fine. As always, it makes the Studio One interface look sub-optimal. That is, the fonts, icons, and so on look a little blurry and harder to read.Phil Sonic Academy wrote: Are there any GUI scaling options inside Studio One... i think there is a similar thing in FL studio can cause some similar issues.
So I guess I can use ANA 2 on the SP3 after all. Might have to get new glasses, though

We will defo look at this issue... I think its a case of the plugin not picking up the DPI change the way it does if it comes directly from the OS.garryknight wrote:That was the next thing I tried, while you were typing. OK, great. You'll probably want to find someone local to you with a Surface Pro but I can do some testing if you like.Phil Sonic Academy wrote:We will defo look at this issue... I think its a case of the plugin not picking up the DPI change the way it does if it comes directly from the OS.

When you say a "linked card" do you mean a credit card linked to my Paypal account? Because I do have a Mastercard linked to my Paypal account.Phil Sonic Academy wrote:yeah there is an issue where our basket won't accept PayPal balance payments without a linked card... if you contact customerservice@sonicacademy.com we can send you a custom invoice and do it manually.wagtunes wrote:Trying to purchase but running into a problem. Paypal won't allow me to pay with my Paypal balance. Forcing me to use one of my bank accounts.
And yes, I do have more than enough in my balance.
What do I do?

You can only purchase WITH a credit card / debit card via PayPal - not with the balance, ill sort you out with the custom invoice now
