Exactly. For owners of Vacuum Pro/AIEP3 bundle, why pay for a severe downgrade (fewer FX, mono, fewer circuits)? Why didn't they just give that to existing owners and foster some no-brainer good will? It's a shame, because the products are legitimately good.

Little Plate has pushed me into almost no-brainer territory with this. Does anyone remember from last year whether or not the price was even lower on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

Me too, my only concern is that Soundtoys 6 may be around the corner hence the big discounts now. Does anyone here recall how much the bundle upgrade from 4 to 5 was?

Doesn't it depend on the number of plug-ins you already own? I bought 2 more this year, and along with the free Little Plate, my offer is around $100 less than last years.

How many activations you get with Flux stuff? I remember the session analyzer which was free for focusrite owner had only one. Can't find any info on their site.

Yes it does, which is why I'm considering it now. I purchased Echo Boy earlier in the year when Sweetwater had it for a really low price and with Little Plate my price is fairly low. I'm asking whether or not it will likely be lower on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I seem to recall that the deal did get better last year, but that might not be a real memory.
