It's a Mac only freebie (which I therefore cannot use) which used to be pay-ware. The review weren't so great, but I like the idea of a modulator with two outputs.
But of course there are simpler patterns to do with 2 axis. Eg Arturia added one to it's vintage synths called Galaxy. And Jon Tidey did once a blog post how to do something like this in Reaper: https://reaperblog.net/2017/01/param-mod-shape/
