Can you feed side chain to MDynamicEQ analyzer?

I found that MDynamicEQ sounds good and is very easy on the cpu. The workflow is also very straight forward once you figure out where everything is.
I love the side chain feature for Cubase but I was hoping to feed the sidechain input into the analyzer as a kind of overlay, like Pro-Q. I'm still new to so I have found that feature. Does anybody know if that exists? Or possibly an audition sidechain feature?

Yep, sure does - open the Band Settings window for a band (right-click a node in the graph area), then click [Sidechain] in the Dynamics panel to enable it. Repeat for each band.

I'm not certain how to do the routing in Cubase but in MDEQ do the following:
Select Analyzer at the top section of the actual analyzer.
Select Settings. Under the analysis tab of Settings you can select Sidechain and adjust the settings for the Sidechain from there.

Hope that helps somewhat.

EDIT:  Looks like Darkstar and I covered both ends of your question at the same time! :tu:

I'm still only seeing the input source in the analyzer, not a side chain signal. I can enable the side chain and even see how many db its reducing in my case with a horizontal bar meter but I was hoping to see the side chain signal actually on my main analyzer. This is for MDynamicEQ.

Select it,by clicking Settings in the Analyzer graph, select "Main settings" then select "Sidechain" as the Source. Then its graph(s) will shown in the Analyzer. You can pick and configure the desired graphs in Settings / Graphs.

NB: You cannot see the main Input and the Sidechain graphs at the same time. Use the Meters /Time-graphs for that:

i dont see the analyzer changing when i select side chain. side chain definitely changes the input detector, but I do not see any change. I only have the main signal in the analyzer.

Sorry, I do not understand. To see the sidechain graph in the analyzer you need to select as the "Source" as I posted above.

If that is not it, can you clarify what you mean by "I dont see the analyzer changing"?

Sorry DarkSTar, I didn't see the picture before. It makes sense now, looking at it in the 'meters' section. Im not used to Melda layouts yet but I really like this plugin. Thanks for going to the trouble to help me understand where to find it. I was looking on the main screen with the EQ controls with the analyzer on. Again, thanks for taking the time to help me understand. I love there is barely any cpu hit with this.

You can also display the sidechain in the main analyser. Click settings (in the main window) then in the "Main Settings" tab select sidechain as the analysis option.

Good oh!

The more you look the more you will find. And once you learn your way around one, you will know your way around the other 100 or so plug-ins. :)

Yep, on the Analyser you can see the graphs for one audio stream, configurable in the analyzer's [Settings] window. Then, in common with all MeldaProduction plug-ins, you have the Meters section, where you can switch to time-graphs and you can configure them using the Menu button at the bottom of the second column.

PS If you click the button with an arrow in its top-right corner, it pops up in a separate moveable, resizeable window.
