It's a Computer Music exclusive, so you'll need to buy a copy of CM. Alas, they removed all Linux software from their digital vault a while back, but if you buy an issue and let me know - just PM me - I can furnish you with a Linux build.
You needn't buy a physical copy of the magazine: you can find digital copies of CM on their website for a few dollars.
