Stereo Delay knobs flaky

I am using #TStereo Delay (1.0.25) in Bitwig 2.2.2, macOS 10.13, and am noticing some strange behavior on the L and R delay knobs.

If I try to drag the knob with the mouse, I cannot choose the range between a 1/4 and 1/2 note (702-1046ms ad 110bbs). It jumps back to a 1/16 note. It's rather erratic behavior, because if I then continue to push the knob, it will jump to a 1/2 note.

However, if instead, I choose 1/4 or 1/2 from the selector to the right of the percent display, and then drag the percentage scale up or down, I can set the delay in that range just fine.
