A quick click happens when I press the keys and I know it is not a part of the sample, any ideas? Also ATTK does not seem to do anything.

I have been experiencing this too, seems to have started happening around this last update for me (v2.50).

I decided to just redo the samples, was much more careful with the initial "strike" of the notes. Just throw on a compressor, multi-band compressor if you have one n just tweak the higher-mid range peaks, mine sounds GREAT now.
