I've recently formatted my PC, clean OS install. I own a few Melda plugins, but I can't access my account (page says account doesn't exist) to retrieve my codes.
As proof, and hoping it helps, I've attached a capture of the email Melda sent me when I registered.
Anyone with the same issue?

I think this is a really bad place to ask for such thing. Please just contact us via the contact form on literally every page of our site
