Support for VST MIDI output routing?

I'd like to use Blue Cat's DP Meter Pro
https://www.bluecataudio.com/Products/P ... kMeterPro/
to control parameters of other plugins on other tracks with it's ability to send MIDI CC messages created from audio envelopes. For this to work, Waveform needs to support VST MIDI output routing. I can't find any information on this in the manual or thru Google searches.
In use, I would put DP Meter Pro on an audio track like a bass guitar. It would create MIDI CC messages extracted from the bass guitar amplitude. Those MIDI CC messages could be routed to control the wet/dry balance of a delay VST on the snare track or any other VST that supports MIDI CC messages.
Thanks for any help on this.

You have to use plugin wrapper to be able to conect the midi output from one to the input of the other, select both plugins then left click and a menu will appear, so click on the option wrap this plugins in a new rack.

then open the wrapper with double click and you'll be able to customize inputs and outputs routing

That's awesome, thanks. I figured the rack would be part of the solution.

Spoke too soon. Is there a way to route the midi control from one rack on on track to another rack on a different track? That's what I need. To have the midi control messages generated by a plugin in one track to control a plugin on another track.

Not sure about this, but it sounds a bit like the side chaining thing. Page 294 in the manual has a section about Plugin Sidechains where you can specify the track for the plug-in to take relevant input.
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

If the plugin it's generating the midi messages, it it's a midi output, midi outputs/inputs can be configured in the rack as shown in the image. As you can see if you clone the RACK into other tracks, all them would appear in the rack, so you can route also between tracks.

That might be an easier way to do it. I could just create a rack with DP Meter Pro and the target plugin like rosesbyrosex first suggested on the track I want to be controlled. Then just sidechain the audio from the source track to DP Meter Pro. Unfortunately right now it looks like v8.2.7 killed the sidechain functionality for me.

It seems like when I clone a rack to another track any changes I make to one rack are mirrored in the other. I cant figure out how to have the audio feed the plugin generating the MIDI messages but only come out of one of the tracks. So far I can only see how to get the modulated audio coming out of both tracks. I'll keep trying, I just may not be understanding how to do it. I'm new to Waveform and Racks.
