What a fascinating synth!
I wish I had more than two hands to control the parameters!

I even do not find a demo version....is there any. Must be user fault here. Just looked at it on my phone. I see the intro price will not last for long....mmhhhhh.
I have at least to try if it will run good on my machine (macbook pro 15" retina late 2013).
But i see much praise here for it. While i think this controls are made more for a touch screen and especially the voice per channel keys/modulations i think i will buy it anyway before the intro is over
.
Wolfgang is a great guy and i love his unique synths. They are not the most easy to program but everything he does let me feels like a mad scientist. I´m sure it would play well with my Seaboard too. I think i also don´t have anything like Infinite Pro anywhere. I mean does something similar even exist?

While I'm not concerned with the 3D display, I am concerned that the plugin works at all on my system. With no demo and only 7 days left in the sale, this kind of sucks. $150 (US currency) is not exactly chump change and if for some reason it doesn't work, well, then what?
Obviously, he can do what he wants but having a limited time offer with no way to even demo the plugin, IMO, isn't right. But there's a lot of that (see Arturia) going around lately.
Hopefully, the demo will be available before the 14th.

O.k. i just started to see the Infinite pro tutorial videos on you-tube and i see there are a few more things added to the desktop version, not only the Analyzer. But the Analyzer tutorial already sold it to me. I guess i will bite before the weekend is over

Had a few minutes at home......just bought it
Will have a play on Sunday with it. I mean i spend more money for really useless things. So nothing to loose here.

Interesting synth. How this compares to Alchemy? Is it possible to analyse multiple samples for a different key zones like in Alchemy? Anybody here who already owns it can provide raw morphing examples without effects?

No, Infinite doesn't do multi-sampled spectral re-synthesis.spektralisk wrote:Interesting synth. How this compares to Alchemy? Is it possible to analyse multiple samples for a different key zones like in Alchemy? Anybody here who already owns it can provide raw morphing examples without effects?

But 5 sources can be morphed with each other simultaneously, one main source and 4 side sources.Sampleconstruct wrote:No, Infinite doesn't do multi-sampled spectral re-synthesis.spektralisk wrote:Interesting synth. I have the same concern, esp. since there's no refund too.
I emailed PPGHans about it, but got no reply (yet)

I just updated the new version and just get hard crashes now, anyone else have this issue?
Mac os Sierra, Ableton Live 9 & 10, Bitwig 2 and Cubase 9.5 all hard crash as soon as I try to open Infinite Pro.

And that's why I don't want to buy this thing without a demo.simmo75 wrote:I just updated the new version and just get hard crashes now, anyone else have this issue?

Really, who puts out a synth, makes a time sensitive offer good for about a week, doesn't have a demo you can try to see if it works and doesn't offer refunds?
Looks like this is a synth I'm going to be doing without.
I'm sorry but this is not the way to do business and earn the trust of your customers.
