Try to load Samplr, Animoog, Model 15, Zeeon etc. on your desktop.....you know what i mean.
You really want to do this yet again? :hihi:
Sure, i‘m always for a fight :D
Nah, let forget about this. I still use the best of both worlds. Let‘s have fun with our tools.
:tu:

I'm looking forward to Infinite Pro! Infinite on my iPad is the only synth I bother launching. I think that is because I know it will be available for the Mac so time spent learning it is not wasted.

Since i only use iPhone i can‘t test the iOS version.
The only synths i use these days on iOS are Zeeon and i recently felt in love again with DRC which has some balls too. I have DRC on my mac as well, where i prefer it indeed. If i just could get Zeeon on mac i would be happy.

Hello to all of you,

I saw Simon Stockhausens video about PPG Infinite and got the news its usable as a VST instrument on a PC. That was all I needed for an instant buy. You can craft pieces of art with this incredibly good and interesting sounding machine. I will comment my experience later, when I dug deeper.

Joy and creativity to you.
Brap on.

My thoughts about RPG infinite PRO VST - version:

Hi again. Could delve a bit deeper into this incredible sound design machine and I think its great. You can build own sound resources which function as oscillator material. It is possible to load up own wav files of your field recordings, sample loops and what not. After that the analyser of PPG can interpret this with several different sounding modes (handbook says "more to come" and you can use the result again as a new source. Loading e.g. a drum loop into an already existing patch can have astonishing results. I think it works like a re- synthesis. My old EMU EMAX II back in the days could do something similar but when it calculated you could go out to eat pizza during that process :0)

Morphing and manipulating and modulation options are great. In the morphing section you combine 5 resources and manipulate gains and frequencies of those. To my ears that does way more than simple morph-blendings.

You can record a morphing sequence and save the result for further use within another patch. Principally you can make your totally own sound resources sets and create patches with them. And you are given the possibility to manipulate every single sine- curve within the spectrum. And that includes the manipulating of the sine curves frequency. That feature alone creates endless new material for own sound resource production and there we are speaking of just single sine- forms/ waves. Haha... imagine the possibilities. Things my WALDORF BLOFELD (wavetable) and my KAWAI K5 (additive) hardware synth only can dream of. This new synthesizer really lifts up the anyway and already great PPG concept onto the next level for me. I think it is something inbetween additive and wavetable synthesis. I already love that thing and my mind spins when thinking about what to do with it.

The VST crushed Cubase two times when changing filters. Today came another update, I think it's the second since release.
The developer puts work in this and I think we have to be a little patient.

Happy modulating. Joy and creativity to all of you. Brap on!

Double post instead of editing. Sorry!

Just so it is clear... you are talking about Infinite Pro which is a VST

Infinite which is iOS does not have the resynthesis capability.
