Where is the MIDI out port on Kontakt When in a MUX?

It's not there. Kontakt provides a wealth of scripts to cover areas not covered by MUTOOLS, and Kontakt can be set to send MIDI out - do you have the correct definition of Kontakt's device type (ie. it is more than just an Instrument, it is also a MIDI processor in the category of arpeggiators etc.)?

How a VST defines itself is down to the VST, not the host.
More importantly, are you looking at the VST as it sits in the modular area that lets you connect all inputs and outputs or are you working in a hard-wired rack?
