Thanks for the info.khanyz wrote:There’s a Magix Music Maker update (v25.1.2) which fixed my activation issues. It’s available through the Update Program menu option.
I also saw that the Magix AM suite is available indiviually in the Magix in-app store (£8.99 each). They are awesome, if getting on a bit, are they in the latest Samplitude Music Studio? Might be time to upgrade, especially with the Music Maker Premium bundle upgrade including it.
Anyone wanting to upgrade any Magix software, if you leave it in your Shopping Cart overnight, Magix will send you a discount coupon (~$10) as an incentive to complete the order. You can also get discount codes by searching. You can only use them once, per account, and use only one at a time though
Not sure if this can be combined, Shareware On Sale is offering the free version of Magix Music Maker with two $25 vouchers (total $50) for in-app-purchases: https://sharewareonsale.com/s/free-30-a ... 0-discount
The coupons cannot be combined, so you would need to do two separate transactions to use both coupons.
Here are the two coupon codes you would get if you signup. Maybe this will also work for anyone that already owns Music Maker, but I have not tried it:

I see. TBH, I don't even know what kind of stuff that they do other than "The Blue Zone" seems cool enough.

Tnx! Seems cool enough, along with the PolyMoog thing, but, I'm just going to pass this time around. They seem a bit like Rhythmic Robot though, that's a good thing. I've just learned that I can only use so much of this stuff and buying too much of it just becomes a distraction in its own right.Fleer wrote:Chromatix
The Blue Zone has some cool samples, however, it's that kind of library that I'll forget that I have it. It certainly doesn't fall under "need." One that I've learned from creating music out of the oddest of things is that the starting sources can be almost arbitrary and I'll still come up with something that I like.
Sometimes I think that the best way to use products like this is to load up some presets at random into a multi and force myself to create a track with just that.
Ok, utility brain kicking in, I'm saying no to most things for the rest of the season.

Of course, we have to acknowledge desire-brain, he has no sense and wants arbitrary things LOL. My main iLok has 98 licenses on it. Desire brain wants two more things so that it is in the triple digits. Shut the f**k up desire brain, what a dumb ass you can be sometimes.Rational wrote:"Ok, utility brain kicking in, I'm saying no to most things for the rest of the season."
I was going to post that same sentiment last week. I'm there.
It's best not to tell desire brain about any cool iLok plugin sales, he'll start teaming up with rationalization engine and when the two of them get going it's like the paypal password just types itself.

Oh no, desire brain likes non-ilok products as well. He's just fixated on that particular little thing at the moment.dzilizzi wrote:So no products that don't need iLok approval. That will safe you some money.

Free rockrack player gives you a taste enough to decide. If I wasn't already so far in, I'd probably pick it up, with snap. Knew I shoulda waited on the voucher. Now, if I get anything else guitar, between this or Bias fx std.Tappistry wrote:Worth picking up for that price?musicalwarmth812 wrote:Holy god...already smoked my voucher on SPL, never figured it would go that low.cprompt wrote:Finally, BrainWorx RockRack V3 is at a price that makes economic sense to me (about £4 with my voucher)!

Nice, thanks. They work out at £20 and looks like they can only be used for Soundpools/Instruments.SolarAxix wrote:Thanks for the info.

Bought the Sonokinetic “Toccata” for €15 - really great, full sounding instrument, with some devine (!) IRs. Recommended.

$29 is a good price for this. It does sound good and there is a pretty solid varity of tones for sure. But likeTappistry wrote:Worth picking up for that price?
musicalwarmth812 says, try the free player version first which is quite good but you can demo the full version as well.
A bit fried in the higher freqs
