Hi just bought Synthmaster and just feeling my way around it. I have noticed on OSC2 a 'sync' button appears but I never see it on OSC1, most of the time it seems to do nothing at all, at least not that I can hear. Any idea why this only appears on OSC2 and never on OSC1. I have checked in the manual but could not find anything relevant.

FretBuzz- it not uncommon in many synths that when synch is a feature that oscillators are synchronized only to the first oscillator.

Ok that makes sense only problem is the sync button appears on the OSC2 not OSC1. (

That's the expected behavior. The slave syncs to master, not the other way around. Osc acts as slave, Osc1 as master.

I'd suggest you to use the Osc Sync algorithms instead. We've had that since v2.7
