Silly question about the new preset browser

... does it browse across all installed u-he synths ? If I search for 'fuzzguitar' will it also return fuzzguitar-tagged sounds from other synths and if I click on one of those, from another synth, will it load the synth and the sound replacing the current synth ?

No, but you can do exactly this in the Bitwig preset browser
