I'm assuming this is for Bitwig 1.x? Because Bitwig 2 has device pages by default for Zebra2, and the settings for device pages are not stored in the location you note in your Info.txt. Sophos (mac) is disabled here Urs until I do a weekly scan.

Odd. In FL Studio, "Dot Eight" doesn't appear in the Default Skin menu, nor does the "Original" skin.

- Crash - OSX 10.12.6 Sierra, Logic 10.3.3. Was flipping through presets/playing. Audio suddenly stopped in Zebra 2.8 and all of Logic. Had to restart Logic.
- Dark 8 skin was not listed in Default skin list. Had to select it (empty space, control-click), restart Logic and it came up and was listed as default skin then. Was previously Unempty Darkhorse.
- Sounds just a bit "cleaner" over all ? (UA Apollo/Mytek convertors)

Bravo! Fantastic update U-he! The new skin is gorgeous and the editor is luxurious. Happy to have the new browser to manage all my presets. Everything is where I need it. A pleasure to work with, top to bottom.
Install could not have gone any smoother. I backed up everything just in case, but it all just works! Opening an existing Zebra song using Studio One 3.5.1 in Windows 8.1 and the new Zebra 2.8 is just seamless with no glitches and CPU usage is excellent.

1. Since I made the decision to purchase Zebra 2 and Zebra HZ together, I've primarily only been creating patches in the HZ variant. I'm curious; I've tried duplicating my patches and moving them to the Zebra 2 folder, but for some reason they don't seem to be appearing.
2. Would be very nice indeed to have a "fold3" in the effects area, but perhaps this was a decision made by Urs to prevent us from doing too many distasteful things.
3. Would still be incredible to be able to modulate the Resolution knob. (same disclaimer applies)

I'm 100% certain there's no unintended sound change. We have a tool that creates dozens if not hundreds of soundfiles with any version of Zebra and compares them. As you're not the first one to mention this, I'm fairly sure it's the slightly bigger UI with its overall more consistent and pleasant design which plays a trick on people's perception.- Sounds just a bit "cleaner" over all ? However, some algorithms which sounded vastly different between 44/48kHz and 88/96+kHz sampling rate have been fixed to sound as intended.
