this is getting ridiculous...I mean, they are Korg, not a one-man-dev independent company.
I wouldn't wanna be their web guy though...

+1.

I eMailed their support again this time, especially since even M1LE users seem to get a proper bundle upgrade path (while I, owning M1, WS and MS20 do not), and they just replied with "Sorry, you need to buy the other products separately. Thank you for your understanding". Well, no, I don´t understand that, and I´ll just vote with my wallet. Not that they´d care.

I had the chance to play with the Korg Arp Odyssey last night in a friend´s studio though, and I´m glad I didn´t have a cheap upgrade path available (I would likely have blindly upgraded then...). At least to my aging ears, there doesn´t seem to be a lot of sonic improvement over the virtual MS20. Especially with regard to high filter resonance sounds, these can´t hold (virtual) candles to the G-Force Oddity or Diva´s MS20-style modules. IMHO, YMMV etc.

No, i just don't stubbornly see things solely from my own perspective. Call it life experience. Or just not being slow on the uptake.

For the rest of your paranoid post, no comment. Welcome to KVR by the way.
Hey chk071 do you have any of your own music you could post links to? I'd be interested in hearing some of your work. I didn't see anything in your user info.

Doesn't the asians work 24/7 anymore? Are we germans the leftovers then? :)
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

I was fortunate, in that I got my migration and upgrade done early without issues.
Many others haven't been so fortunate and indeed when I went to korg.shop over the 24 hours+ I couldn't get on.
Now I can. So those who have been having issues, may want to try again now.

It really is the silly season.

Ooohhh....I see what you tried to do there. Nice try but you just copied me. A bit unoriginal. Tell me “Aliens”, how many posts must one have before calling out someone else? 381 with a bit over a year in perhaps? Or is it posted in the rules somewhere? I just found it hilarious that Mr. 30 Posts was calling someone who’s been here posting for 7 years a troll and a shill.
and he was right, so what ?

Doesn't sound like smart Japanese planning to launch a major new website just before a big holiday without making certain it can stand the onslaught that's bound to follow.

It still doesn't work. I did manage to create a new account and I did manage to put the migration M1 into the cart, but it's impossible to reach the checkout page.

And apparently, if you have, like me, three original products to migrate, you can only do it one at at time because there's no way of entering the migration codes once you've put more than one product in the cart. Ask me how I know…

Merry Xmas!

If it were easy, anybody could do it!
