Don't know if this is any use as I only used it with Circle 2 which I believe only uses single cycle waveforms but they have a wavetable generator that imports wavs and batch converts to .wt files and is free to download at http://www.futureaudioworkshop.com/circle/downloads/ (bottom of page).
Using Icarus now so generally use the onboard converter for that particular requirement now.
