Where to install the melodyn plugin vst3 in Waveform so that it works perfect?

Ut works as a insert fx in waveform but you also can use it via the proppertys pannel of a audio file on a track.
That does not work on my setup so i must have done something wrong.
Waveform also states that the vst3 plugins I have installed do not loade propperly.
May be I did install them at the wrong place.

So how does it work?

Best to have it listed in the VST scanning directory; possibly installed in \program files(x86)\common files

I would reinstall melodyne using the repair installation option on the set up page, then find where the melodyne vst 3 folder is on your computer , and then in the settings tab for plugins in waveform, add a direct path to the folder and scan for vst3.
Hopefully that will work. Thats what I did to resolve my problem with melodyne mot showing.
