Howard, is there any chance you have a few extra presets kicking around that use the Fold and NuRev modules? I'm a sucker for your approach to Zebra and a few new sounds before Zebra3 would be delightful.

I really think we need to have an option NOT to automatically update the database when Patches pane is opened. Let us do it manually when WE want to do it. It is not a reasonable assumption that we will always have new patches installed each and every time we instantiate Zebra!

Totally agree with this suggestion.

I'd like the option to disable the whole thing, and just use file-system folders
that I choose, to hold sounds I like.

Hmmm... I'm sure we did check with tens of thousands of presets.

In any case, of course it's a no-go if it takes that long.

Oh that's why. I have only default presets in RePro and alot in Z2. Gonna do some tests this evening.

So I did a bit more Q&A

1. Diva with alot of presets loads almost instentaniously
2. With literally 0 presets Z2 2.8 takes noticable longer than Diva on any skin, but it's still fraction of a second
3. With presets back to the folder Z2 2.8 takes really like 3-4 seconds to load

Yeah, must be something weird when not having tags other than author and favs.

On the dark skin it seems I can't open up the oscillator presets. Either the button is missing or I'm and idiot.

When you click on the default preset, a window opens.

I always do it from the oscillator module and completely forgot the button was also available in the oscillator panel.

Funny (or sad) that i have Zebra since years and just began to really start to learn it and want to program it myself.
And that is mainly because of the new GUI. So, no pressure to Zebra 3
Oh and are not every modules stereo too?
Even the arp makes finally more fun to use now.
