...or Waves NLS?
Airwindows says it works best if it's inserted after the fader. I believe this can be done in Waveform.
Sonimus Satson or Britson seems well regarded, but I have no experience with either.

I use both Satson and Airwindows console. Different animals really. Satson is a great set of filters, subtle saturation and a cool meter. Console is purely non linear summing. Generally speaking it is going to play around with the phase and spectrum. Dont quote me. Chris explains it better. Each channel communicate with the bus. It adds things up but in a non linear way. This is why it has to be post fader. I set this up by simply sending each of my tracks ( post fader ) to a track containing ony Console channel. I dissable the output of the original track so that the bus only gets audio from the Console channel tracks. Hope that makes sense. Both are cool tools and both quite subtle.

speaking of console (4 or 5, what you like more ...) from airwindows, it is easy to setup in waveform (or older tracktion versions).

there is no need for extra tracks, just place the console channel plugin as last one in the trackchain (on all tracks in the project), after all effects and volume/pan.
also sends should be placed before the console channel instance.

in the masterbus, place the console bus plugin as first in the chain, so you get a stereostream which contains all the summing effects, which then goes through your master effectchain.

that said, it is always possible to experiment.
chris mentions to not overload it (console5), as it is not meant to be driven with higher levels

I went ahead and bought Waves NLS...as it was $22.41, and I've recently been buying Abbey Road plugins.
Airwindows Console 5 is a plugin I'm going to try. It doesn't cost to try.
Sonitus Satson and Britson will be on my 2018 gas list.
Hopefully you guys will get into a long discussion about Console 5 and I'll learn something.

The reason to send to another track (or use a gain plugin in the tracks FX chain just prior to Console channel) is that all console channel instances need to see the same fader level ( unity )in order to work properly. Traction may allow for post fader inserts in which case no need for extra set up. If console channel is put in the fx chain pre fader and then you start adjusting faders to mix, It will not work correctly.

I noticed Console 5 trim serms to have full range, so maybe one could use that as a mix level per channel.

I havent used console 5 enough yet to really make a comparison. But i like Console 4 very much.

I have Waves NLS set to demo just for comparisons.
