SM 2.9 / SM One sync issues - Is it just me?

I have reported this assumed, long standing, bug but to no avail. I have sync issues on both SM / ONE (latest versions) on Win 8.1 and Win 7 pro. I thought maybe someone else could verify this with this simple Reaper 5.70 example file. Nine bars with a single long C note lasting through it. There's an rendered mp3 that shows how it sounds on my system.

The files (607Kb):

Track 1: A kick (.wav) for reference.
Track 2: SM 2.9 - An uneven ARP pattern loop drifting out of sync as time goes by.
Track 3: SM ONE - LFO drifting out of sync as time goes by.

Is it just me, or can it be repeated/confirmed by others? A BIG thank you for taking the time!

It's such a shame if it is a general issue that is not taken care of. I hope it will be fixed as it messes up the ways I prefer to work with these otherwise wonderful VST's.

Thank you!

For the LFO in SM1 -> Please set the speed knob to max value, the default value (center 12 o'clock position) is not exactly 0.5

For the other sync issues, I will try to reproduce them. Thanks for the bug reports.

Thank you!

LFO issue in SM1 seems to be solved by that slightly esoteric trick. ;)

Great as a feature when you know about it. However, double clicking - in my view - should default to a usable value (In this case 1, not an "almost 0.5" value). Also, when clicking "sync", sync to host is expected by a user without further actions, so why not have the knob default to 1 whenever sync is clicked? Just a thought, not knowing if there are other issues with that.

The possibility though, to have SM drift from exact sync is VERY good, for my purposes, so don't kill it! I'd love to have greater control over it as I modulate it slowly over time both + and -. Drifting, as with the feature of the oscillator, does SO much for making it come alive! Could be a very sweet and unique thing, if handled consistently through SM in a user friendly way. Sync Drift, with similar controls as in the osc? Wow! Just an idea.

Need to know how to easily sync anything over time though - without a separate tutorial or tips from the devs, lol. :)

Re the Arpeggiator...

It was a small swing value that propagated like a out of sync drift over time and didn't find its way back to sync to host in this case. Maybe this is to be expected?
