Okay guys, I just got Reason 10 and everything works fine with all my synths and effects, except Uhbik! I have Windows 7 and how can it it be that I've followed the same exact path for all other U-he products- Bazille, Zebra and Zebralette, Protoverb, Zebras as an effect, MFM2 and as of yesterday, Repro and they, like Uhbik, are in the exact same location as suggested by U-he in the FAQ-C:\Users\(my name)\u-he Data\ with the shortcut. When I go to load it in Reason, it's the only thing that will not load, a window coming up suggesting in the manaul it's about permissions, and then, there is no GUI, which all other things do have. Beyond me what is going on or how to proceed to eliminate this issue. Very vexing.

Can you post a screen shot of what you see when it loads? I have a windows 7 VM I could test that on. I have been going though Uhbik at length with Reason 10. I might be able to help.
Are there any differences in file path, or anything else you can see between your workstation and laptop?
Have you tried deleting it, and just reinstalling?

Thanks dlar, but yesterday, I tried erasing the shortcut and then creating it again, to no effect. But no, so far, I have not done a complete re-install. Maybe before I load reason again, I'll delete all the Uhbik files I can find, which are all over the place actually, and do a complete re-install. Let you know what happens after that.

All of mine are in the screen shots. Which you can search for, if you cannot find one.
Unless you have custom presets, settings or themes, Uhbik.data is safe to delete too. At a guess, I would say your problem is with that folder anyway. I have had some UI problems after messing with themes, it maybe corrupt and reinstall would deal with that too.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Victory is mine! Yes guys, I scoured my pc and found Uhbik stuff all over the place, deleted everything, then downloaded it from the U-he site, ran the installers including directing the data file to my usual Users>my name>U-he data folder, loaded Reason 10, then the flanger. The usual window came up to enter my name and serial number ands bingo! everything is as smooth as oil again. Should have done this in the first place and will if it ever happens to any of my U-he plug-ins. Thanks for the initial help dlar.
