I am trying to active my license (so far without any success) and installing the components I notice that Biotek installs all its samples and stuff on drive c:. Which i really HATE cause that is just a small SSD drive that I have for my windows boot. Is there some way to install it on another drive that drive c:?
BTW. Anybody else experienced that it is impossible to active a license for waveform with the error "can not log into that account" when it works just fine to login to the account using the web and see that the purchase is there?

Do you have non-alphanumeric characters in your password? I sent them a bug report in 2016 and they said they were looking into it. I already switched to an insecure password just to authorize the damn things so I don't know if that's still the case.GearNostalgia wrote:BTW. Glad it was resolved. Kinda unhappy what seems to be an easily resolved two year-old bug hasn't been addressed. Though I imagine in your case it may be a more complex Unicode issue, whereas with me it's disallowing punctuation, probably as a lazy way to clean the user input.

Yes it is silly really cause all other login services encourage use of special chars to make it safer so they should fix this really.yellowmix wrote:Glad it was resolved.
