so paying $24.50 just to get bridge? chainer and rack are already in waveform

Assuming it can bridge 32 bit plugins into a 64 bit host, that is useful (and will be more useful going forward, as more DAW's drop 32 bit support). Cubase for example have gone pure 64 bit already and Waveform will in the next version.

Outside the possibility of bridging 32's - I don't see anything Tracktion racks can't do yet.
